Sheet and Plate metal shearing – Max Length 2560mm, capable of shearing 6mm thick Mild Steel and 4mm thick Stainless Steel.
Hydraulic Press Brake – 120 ton capacity, capable of folding 3 meter lengths of 6mm Mild Steel, with ability to folding thicker materials in reduced lengths.
CNC Fibre Laser Cutting – 3000mm x 1500mm bed area capable of cutting from 1mm to 12mm Mild, Galvanised and Stainless Steel as well as sheet and plate Aluminium.
Sheet and Plate Rolling – Max Length 2000mm up to 6mm Mild Steel.
Powered Swaging Machine – Swaging, crimping and various other shape forming – up to 2.5mm Mild Steel.
Welding – TIG and MIG welding of both Mild and Stainless steel as well as TIG Welding of Aluminium.
