Laser cutting service
We can handling sheet sizes up to 3000mm x 1500mm and up to 12mm thickness in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel as well as Aluminium. We offer a 'Same Day' stand-alone cutting service, either from drawing or DXF files. ....call Sam on 01562 824995 and ask for a quote.
Folding Service
Our CNC folding press can fold almost any sheet material up to 3100mm length (6mm Mild Steel) and shorter lengths up to 10mm. As with our Laser service we offer a stand alone folding service, simple call us to find out more.
Welding
Our welding expertise includes both MIG & TIG for Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. We deliver flawless welds on projects up to 10m x 6m x 4m and up to 6 tonnes in weight. So if it’s one off, small batch or a large complex fabrication please call us to discuss.
Sheet and Plate Rolling
The ability to Roll Sheet and Plate Mild Steel is an integral part of the work we undertake for the HEVAC Industry and in the fabrication of water and sewage storage tanks. We have in-house capacity to roll 6mm mild steel in 2000mm lengths.
